These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between AtTheReady, LLC (“AtTheReady,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and all related digital products, courses, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining reasonable security precautions, including safeguarding your password and login access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All payments must be made at checkout through secure, PCI-compliant systems.

Refund Policy

All digital product sales are final once any portion of the course or materials has been accessed, except as expressly provided under the Pass Guarantee below.

Pass Guarantee (Conditional Refund Eligibility)

AtTheReady offers a conditional pass guarantee for the CCRN review course. This guarantee is intended only for users who demonstrate full and consistent engagement with the course and make a good-faith effort to prepare for the certification exam.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, the User must meet ALL of the following conditions:

1. Course Engagement and Completion

The User must complete at least 80% of all core course modules, including video lessons and required learning content, as tracked by the platform.

2. Question Bank Utilization

The User must complete at least 80% of the question bank, demonstrating active participation in practice assessments and not merely accessing or rapidly progressing through content.

3. Consistent Study Activity

The User must demonstrate ongoing, consistent, and reasonable engagement with the course over time, as measured by platform analytics. Engagement may not consist solely of minimal, irregular, or last-minute activity.

4. Exam Attempt Requirement

The User must take the CCRN certification exam within 90 days of initial course access and submit official documentation of a failed attempt within 14 days of the exam date.

5. Extended Access and Continued Engagement

If the User does not pass on the first attempt, AtTheReady will provide an additional 3 months of access at no additional cost. During this period, the User must continue meaningful engagement with course materials, including further review of modules and additional question bank usage.

6. Second Attempt Requirement

The User must make a second attempt at the CCRN certification exam during the extended access period and provide official documentation of the result.

Refund Eligibility Determination

A refund will only be issued if the User:

 Has met all engagement, completion, and usage requirements,
 Has failed the CCRN exam after two documented attempts, and
 Has complied with all timelines and documentation requirements.

All refund requests are subject to internal verification of platform usage data and submitted documentation. AtTheReady reserves the right to deny refund requests if any requirement is not met.

Approved refunds will be issued minus any applicable processing fees.

Abuse Prevention

This guarantee is intended for legitimate educational use only. Any attempt to manipulate engagement metrics, falsify documentation, or otherwise circumvent these requirements will result in disqualification from the guarantee and may lead to account suspension or termination.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes after accessing course materials may result in account termination and further action as permitted under these Terms.

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content, pricing, or availability is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time.

We aim to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or external factors.

All content is owned by AtTheReady, LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share content without permission.

Some materials may be created or refined using AI tools under human supervision. All content is reviewed by qualified educators.

AI tools are provided for educational support only and do not replace clinical judgment. Users are responsible for verifying all information before applying it.

You may not:

 Infringe intellectual property rights
 Share or sell login credentials
 Upload malicious content or engage in harassment
 Misrepresent identity or affiliation

You may not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or performance of the Services. This includes:

 Unauthorized access to systems or accounts
 Use of bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated systems
 Transmission of malware or harmful code
 Attempts to probe or test system vulnerabilities
 Actions that degrade or overload system performance

You may not use the Services in a way that consumes excessive resources or negatively impacts other users.

AtTheReady reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate violations of these Terms and take appropriate action, including:

 Immediate suspension or termination without notice
 Removal or restriction of content
 Reporting unlawful activity to authorities
 Recovery of costs associated with enforcement

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the one-month period preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify AtTheReady from claims arising from your use of the Services.

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules in Livingston County, Michigan. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

Some features rely on third-party providers (e.g., LearnWorlds, Stripe). We are not responsible for their services or policies.

If any conflict exists between these Terms and third-party platform terms, these Terms control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan. Any non-arbitrable disputes will be resolved in Livingston County, Michigan.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
